RESOLUTION NO. 2021-797
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2020 WESTDALE BIOSWALE PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
997, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Performance Agreement with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, dated December
20, 2021, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Westdale Bioswale Project, Contract No. 997, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
