RESOLUTION NO. 2021-798
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
FOR ENGINEERING, PROJECT DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY-2022 HANGAR NO. 4
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$37,500, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 20, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $37,500.00, for project
design and construction management services, in conjunction with the FY-2022 Hangar No. 4
Improvement Projects at the Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
