RESOLUTION NO. 2021-801
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PROWEST AND ASSOCIATES, OF
WALKER, MINNESOTA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,295.75, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH PROGRAMMING IN ARCGIS FOR
THE DIGITAL SIDEWALK SOLUTION FOR THE
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 20, 2021, between ProWest and
Associates, of Walker, Minnesota, in the amount of $11,295.75, in conjunction with
programming in ArcGis for the digital sidewalk solution for the Engineering Department, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
