RESOLUTION NO. 2021-802
RESOLUTION TO TERMINATE THE VIDEO WALL SYSTEM
CONTRACT WITH RC SYSTEMS OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY APPROVED JULY 6, 2021, UNDER SECTION
26 OF THE CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT "TERMINATION
FOR CONVENIENCE" AND ACCEPTING NINE (9)
MONITORS IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,558.85.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the the Video Wall System Contract with RC Systems of Waterloo, Iowa, originally
approved July 6, 2021, is hereby terminated, under Section 26 of the Conditions of Contract
"Termination for Convenience", effective December 20, 2021.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that under Section 26 of the Conditions of Contract, the
City of Waterloo hereby accepts delivery of nine (9) monitors, in the amount of $23,558.85
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
