ORDINANCE NO. 5625
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY VIOLA
SAILOR, GLEN MOORE, AND MERVILLE HOWARD TO
VACATE AND LEAVE IN PLACE 274 LINEAR FEET OF
SIDEWALK, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF GABLE
STREET WEST OF ANKENY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by Viola Sailor, Glen Moore, and Merville Howard to vacate
and leave in place 274 linear feet of sidewalk, located on the south side of Gable Street west of
Ankeny Street, to function as part of the street, shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: December 20, 2021
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: December 20, 2021
