RESOLUTION NO. 2022-018
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $20,000.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND
COLLECTION SYSTEMS OPERATIONS PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 3, 2022, between Strand Associates, Inc.,
of Madison Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00, to
provide engineering services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection Systems
Operations Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2022.
