RESOLUTION NO. 2022-019 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF BORWIG ADDITION, A 6- LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED SOUTH OF 203 FAIRFIELD STREET. WHEREAS, on this 3rd day of January 2022, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of the Borwig Addition, a 6-lot residential subdivision located south of 203 Fairfield Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval by the City of Waterloo on behalf of Tom Borwig, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on October 12, 2021, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the City of Waterloo, on behalf of Tom Borwig for approval of the Borwig Addition, a 6-lot residential subdivision located south of 203 Fairfield Street, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2022.
