Cedar Valley WalkAmerica Route Request
On Saturday, April 29, 2006, the Hawkeye Division of the March of Dimes
will hold the Cedar Valley WalkAmerica in Waterloo/Cedar Falls.
Enclosed please find a copy of this year's route and map. We have decided
to use the same route this year as last with the start and finish at the Central
Middle School Stadium and would like to request the continued use of the
bike trail for Saturday, April 29, 2006. The walkers start at 9:00 a.m. and
finish around 11:30 a.m.
The March of Dimes would like to thank you for your support of
WalkAmerica and for helping to save babies lives.
The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by
preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The March of
Dimes carries out this mission through programs of research, community
services, education and advocacy for moms and babies.
