RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO-YEAR RE -OPENED
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH AFSCME
LOCAL 1195 PLANNERS AND ENGINEERS; AFSCME
LOCAL 1195 POLICE LIEUTENANTS AND CODE
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS; TEAMSTERS LOCAL 238;
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES LOCAL UNION NO. 177;
COMMUNICATION WORKERS OF AMERICA; WATERLOO
POLICE PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION AND
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS
LOCAL NO. 66, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the re -opened Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME Local 1195 Planners and
Engineers; AFSCME Local 1195 Police Lieutenants and Code Enforcement Officers; Teamsters
Local 238; Municipal Employees Local Union No. 177; Communication Workers of America;
Waterloo Police Protective Association and International Association of Fire Fighters Local No.
66 and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
Human Resources Director authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2022.
