RESOLUTION NO. 2022-037
RESOLUTION APPROVING BOND AND DISCLOSURE
COUNSEL ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH AHLERS &
COONEY, P.C. IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF
BONDS AND ONGOING CONTINUING DISCLOSURE
REQUIREMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Bond and Disclosure Counsel Engagement Agreement with Ahlers & Cooney, P.C., in
connection with the issuance of bonds and ongoing continuing disclosure requirements, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2022.
