RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MAY 20, 2019, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $175,000.00, FOR
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY2021 CEDAR RIVER MARINA AND
RECREATIONAL ENHANCEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 1011,
DOT PROJECT NO. TAP-U-8155(768)--8I-07, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM
Technical Services, Inc., originally executed May 20, 2019, in an amount not to exceed
$175,000.00, for construction related services in conjunction with the FY2021 Cedar River
Marina and Recreational Enhancements, Contract No. 1011, DOT Project No. TAP-U-
8155(768)--8I-07, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2022.
