RESOLUTION NO. 2021-338
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO
THE DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH WARREN TRANSPORT, INC.,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON NOVEMBER 18, 2019,
CHANGING THE COMPLETION DATE TO NOVEMBER 30,
2022, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement
originally executed November 18, 2019,between Warren Transport, Inc. and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa to amend the construction completion date for a new 32,500 square foot facility
near the corner of Athens Drive and Titan Trail, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
