ment, redevelopment, or a combination of
such activities, of such area is necessary
in the interest of the public health, safety
or welfare of the residents of the City of
Waterloo.
The area proposed for amendment is
included in the Crossroads Waterloo
Urban Renewal and Redevelopment
Plan, initially adopted September i3, 2013
by Ordinance 5172. The amended and
restated plan area, as proposed, is
described as follows:
