AN APPROVING A REQUEST BY VIOLA
SAILOR, GLEN MOORE. AND MER-
VILLE HOWARD TO VACATE AND
LEAVE IN PLACE 274 LINEAR FEET OF
SIDEWALK, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF GABLE STREET WEST OF
ANKENY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Thai the request by Viola
Sailor, Glen Moore, and Merville Howard
to vacate and leave In place 274 linear
feet of sidewalk located on the south side
of Gable Street west of Ankeny Street, to
function as part of the street, shall be, and
the same is hereby vacated.
