The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
met in Special Session at City Hall
Council Chambers, Waterloo. Iowa, at
5:25 p.m., on Monday, January 3, 2022,
Mayor Quentin Hart in the Chair. Roll
Call: Bowen, Nichols, Amos. Chiles.
Grieder. Wilder, and Feuss, joined the
meeting via Zoom.
Pledge of Allegiance: Jerome Amos,
Ward 4 Council Member
City Clerk, Kelley Felchle, administered
the Oath of Office to Mayor -Elect Quentin
Hart.

that the Agenda, as proposed, for the
Special Session on Monday. January 3,
2022, at 5:25 p.m., be accepted and
approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Seven. Mo-
tion carded.
City Clerk, Kelley Felchle, administered
the Oath of Office to Mayor -Elect Quentin
Hart.
Mayor Hart administered the Oath of
Office to re-elected 5th Ward Council -
member Ray Feuss.
