ORDINANCE NO. 3472
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 221 TO SECTION 2A-5,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 220 of said
Section, the following Subsection No. 221, two hundred twenty-one, (221)
described as:
"221":
Lots 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60, Block 12 of waterloo West Addition in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" Commercial
District to "M-1" Light Industrial District as described above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor he, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, this 2nd day of march, 1987, and approved by the Mayor on the 4th
day of March, 1987.
