ORDINANCE NO. 3477
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC COPE OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(99) KIMBALL AVENUE AND PARK LANE OF SECTION 540,
OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES
AND
BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (17a)
KIMBALL AVENUE AND PARK LANE TO SECTION 544,
ALL-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (51) KIMBALL AVENUE OF
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (51) KIMBALL AVENUE TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa!
That Subsection (99) Kimball Avenue and Park Lane of Section 540,
Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices, of the Traffic Code of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
That Subsection (17a) Kimball Avenue and Park Lane of Section 544,
All-Way Stop Intersections, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo.
Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(17a) Kimball Avenue and Park Lane
That Subsection (51) Kimball Avenue of Section 543, Thru Streets, of the
Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its
entirety that new Subsection (51) Kimball Avenue of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows.
(51) Kimball Avenue Reber Street to south corporate
limits except for traffic signals at
West Fourth, Ridgeway and
Highway 412 and four-way stops at
West Third and Park Lane
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, on this 16th day of March, 1987, and approved by the Mayor on this
18th day of March, 1987.
