ORDINANCE NO. 3478
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF I4EST FOURTH STREET
AND HOFF ROAD IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, INA:
That the following described public right-of-way be and the same
hereby named West Fourth Street:
That portion of public right-of-way currently known as West Fourth
Street beginning at and continuing south from the southerly
right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 20 thence south to the southerly
right-of-way line of Audubon Drive thence westerly to what is now
known as West Fourth Street in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
The following public right-of-way be and the same hereby named
Hoff Road:
That public right-of-way now known as Hoff Road extending frcm the
southerly right-of-way of Audubon Drive and proceeding south to
the South City Limits in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 6th day of April ,
1987.
