AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO. IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(85) FRANKLIN AND SEVENTH (EAST) OF SECTION 540,
OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (40) FRANKLIN STREET OF
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (40) FRANKLIN STREET TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (85) Franklin and Seventh (East) of Section 54o,
Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices, of the Traffic Code of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa. is hereby repealed in its entirety.
That Subsection (40) Franklin Street of Section 543, Thru Streets,
of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo. Iowa, is hereby repealed in
its entirety: that new Subsection (40) Franklin Street of Section 543,
Thru Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows
-
(40) Franklin Street Nevada Street to Utica Street except for
traffic signals at Vinton Street, Fast
Eleventh Street, East Sixth Street, East
Fifth Street, East Fourth Street, East
Park Avenue, Fast First Street and East
Mullan Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, on this 5th day of April , 3997, and approved by the Mayor on this
8th day of April _ 1987.
