ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 224 TO sEcTior 2A-5,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA!
Section I. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 223 of said Section,
the following Subsection No. 224, two hundred twenty-four, (224)
described as:
"224":
The West two hundred seventy (270) feet of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 90, Range 13, except therefrom
the south one hundred twenty-five (125) feet within the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning N'ap of Waterloo. Iowa, as 'A-1" Agricultural
District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District as described
above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 6th day of April ,
1987, approved by the Mayor on the 8th day of April , 1987.
