ORDINANCE NO. 3483
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 225 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 225 ,
of said Section, the following Sub-Section No. Two Hundred
Twenty-four ( 224 ) .
"225 .
Part of Lot 9 of Lewis Miller ' s Small Farms Addition to
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, beginning at the southeast
corner of Lot 9 , thence north 160 feet, then west 170 feet,
then southwesterly to a point on the south line 209 feet west
of the point of beginning. Also the south 83 feet of the
west 86 feet of Lot 10 of said addition,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1" Commercial
District , be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial
District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 27th day of
April , 1987 , approved by the Mayor on the 29th day of April, 1987 .
