ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 226 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-section No. 225 ,
of said Section, the following Sub-section No. Two Hundred
Twenty-six ( 226) :
"226 .
Blocks 40 , 41, 43 , 44, 45 and 46, Original Waterloo (West)
Addition to Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "C-2" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light
Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the llth day of
May, 1987, approved by the Mayor on the 13th day of May, 1987.
