ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 12 TO SECTION 2A-7-N, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7-N, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 11 of
said Section, the following Sub-Section No. Twelve ( 12 ) .
"12" :
The East one-half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9 ,
Township 88 , Range 13 , lying north of Highway 20 , except all
legal highways, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "C-2" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-Z" Conditional
Zoning District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 22nd day of
June, 1987 , approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of June, 1987 .
