AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BIRMINGHAM AVENUE FROM THE
SOUTH LINE OF MITCHELL AVENUE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE
VACATED ALLEY BETWEEN SHEFFIELD ADDITION AND BLOCK 110 OF
RIVERVIEW ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Birmingham Avenue from the south line of Mitchell Avenue to
the south line of the vacated alley between Sheffield
Addition and Block 110 of Riverview Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 13th day of July, 1987 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 15th day of July, 1987.
