AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN WEST 7TH
AND WEST 8TH STREETS AND BETWEEN JEFFERSON AND BLUFF STREETS
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED LY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The alley between West 7th and West 8th Streets and between
Jefferson and Bluff Streets , Block 46 , Waterloo West
Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described parcel.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 13th day of July, 1987 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 15th day of July, 1987 .
