ORDINANCE NO. 3495
AN ORDINANCE VACATING STREETS, ALLEYS AND COURTS IN AN
AREA BOUNDED BY WEST 10TH, WEST 18TH, BLUFF AND
WASHINGTON STREETS, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, ICWA,
as follows:
West Tenth, Twelfth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth and
Eighteenth Streets between Bluff Street and Washington
Street, all of the alleys, courts and streets within said
area, 'City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same are hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 3rd day of August, 1987 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 5th day of August, 1987 .
