AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WEST 4TH STREET GENERALLY
LOCATED SOUTHERLY OF U.S. HIGHWAY 20, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
That part of West Fourth Street lying westerly of the
westerly right of way line of Hoff Road and northeasterly of
a line 50 feet northeasterly of the centerline of Skyline
Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 14th day of September, 1987, and approved
by the Mayor on the 16th day of September, 1987.
