AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF GLENDALE STREET FROM DEWAR
STREET SOUTH TO THE CEDAR RIVER, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
All that part of Glendale Street located between Block 6 and
7 of Eighmey' s Outlots in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 14th day of September, 1987 , and approved
by the Mayor on the 16th day of September, 1987 .
