AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 4) JEFFERSON STREET
OF SECTION 542 , ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 4 ) JEFFERSON STREET TO SECTION
542 , ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection ( 4) Jefferson Street of Section 542, One-Way
Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection ( 4 )
Jefferson Street of Section 542, One-Way Streets and Alleys, of
the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
( 4) Jefferson Street Northwest to the southeast
between Westfield Avenue and
West 6th Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on this 14th day of September, 1987, and approved
by the Mayor on this 16th day of September, 1987 .
