ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 13 TO SECTION 2A-7-N, CONDITIONAL ZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7-N of Ordinance No. 2479 as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 12 of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 13 (thirteen) :
"13"
Lots 14 , 15 and 16 of Block 34 , Hagerman Place, plus the
alley adjoining said lots, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District
as described above, based on the following conditions:
1. Based upon specific site plan;
2. A 60 ' x 96 ' single story building to be constructed;
3 . Parking lot for minimum of 10 vehicles that is hard
surfaced and approved by the City Engineer and sets back
from Joder and adjoining properties at least 5 feet;
4. East property line will be screened from adjoining
property with shrubs and/or fence.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 5th day of
October, 1987 , and approved by the Mayor on the 7th day of
October, 1987.
