AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 34,
HAGERMAN PLACE ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of East/West alley in Block 34, Hagerman Place
Addition, adjoining Lots 14, 15 and 16 of Hagerman Place
Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 5th day of October, 1987 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 7th day of October, 1987.
