ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 229 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 228, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 229 (Two Hundred
Twenty-nine) .
"229.
Unplatted Waterloo West, S. 100 ft. , N. 200 ft. , E. 190 ft. ,
W. 220 ft. , NW SW of Sec. 21, T89 , R13 West, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-4" , Multiple Family Residence District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 5th day of
October, 1987, approved by the Mayor on the 7th day of October,
1987.
