AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN ROOFF' S
ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The North-South alley adjoining Lots 20-37 of Rooff ' s
Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 5th day of October, 1987, and approved by
the Mayor on the 7th day of October, 1987 .
