< -4 n ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
nn o SUBSECTION NO. 14 TO SECTION 2A-7-N, CONDITIONAL ZONING.
s BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

c. • Section 1. That Section 2A-7-N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 13 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 14 ( fourteen) .
"14.
Lots 1 and 2 , Block 1, Cotton' s Addition, Waterloo, Iowa,
except beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1 ; thence North 90°
along the E. line of Lot 1 ; thence SWly to a point on the E.
line of Lot 2 that is 64. 8 ' N. of the SW corner of Lot 2;
thence SWly to a point 36 ' West and 40 ' N. of the SE corner
of Lot 2 ; thence West to a point 40 ' North of the point of
beginning, thence S. to the point of beginning;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1" ,
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-Z" ,
Conditional Zoning District as above described, based on the
following conditions:
1. Based upon specific site plan;

d 2 . Use existing building with a 15 ' x 15 ' fenced in storage
o area at the southwest corner of the building;

3 . Parking lot for 8 vehicles that is hard surfaced and
c • approved by the City Engineer, and sets back from
Lafayette and Indiana R.O.W. lines at least 5 feet;
4 . Permanent tire rack along southerly side of parking lot;
5. Balance of property is to be fenced in and kept clear of
salable items.
Section 2 . That the Deputy Clerk/Auditor be, and she is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with
the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 12th day of
October, 1987, approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of October,
1987 .
