AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF STREET, CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of Bluff Street lying between the easterly
right-of-way line of West 7th Street and the westerly
right-of-way line of West 8th Street, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 12th day of October, 1987, and approved by
the Mayor on the 14th day of October, 1987 .
