AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WEST 12TH STREET BETWEEN
BLACK HAWK STREET AND THE CEDAR RIVER FLOOD LEVEE, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of West 12th Street lying northwesterly of Lot
5 , Anthony Bakers Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, between Black Hawk Street and the Cedar
River;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 12th day of October, 1987 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 14th day of October, 1987.
