AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION ( 40a) CHALMER AVENUE OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 40a) CHALMER AVENUE OF SECTION
551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 40a) Chalmer Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety;
that new Subsection ( 40a) Chalmer Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
( 40a) Chalmer Avenue East side in the 900 and 1000
blocks.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 12th day of October, 1987, and approved by
the Mayor on the 14th day of October, 1987 .
