AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION ( 150 ) KIMBALL AVENUE OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 150 ) KIMBALL AVENUE OF SECTION
551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
BY ADDING SUBSECTION ( 68b) DYSART ROAD, ( 125a) HOFF ROAD AND
( 247c) SAN MARNAN DRIVE TO SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 150) Kimball Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety;
that new Subsection ( 150 ) Kimball Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
( 150 ) Kimball Avenue West side of Reber Avenue to West
Third Street; both sides from West
Third Street to the southerly
corporate limits
That Subsections ( 68b) Dysart Road, ( 125a) Hoff Road and
( 247c) San Marnan Drive of Section 551 , Parking Prohibited at all
Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby added as follows:
( 68b) Dysart Road Both sides from Orange Road to
Shaulis Road
( 125a) Hoff Road Both sides from West Fourth Street
to Shaulis Road
( 247c) San Marnan Drive Both sides from Ansborough Avenue to
Penneys Street
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 19th day of October, 1987, and approved by
the Mayor on the 21st day of October, 1987.
