ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 15 TO SECTION 2A-7-N, CONDITIONAL ZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7-N, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 14 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. 15 (fifteen) .
"15.
Guernseys Orange View Plat Wloo Lot 1, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-Z" , Conditional Zoning District as above described, based on
the following conditions:
1. There be a fire door on the garage between the garage
and dwelling.
2 . There be a fire wall between the garage and dwelling.
3 . There must be handicapped access to the business.
4. Provide at least one ( 1) unisex handicapped toilet.
5 . There must be wiring meeting the electrical code for a
business.
6 . The applicant must comply with any other applicable
codes.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 9th day of
November, 1987 , approved by the Mayor on the 10th day of November,
1987 .
