AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF STREET LOCATED
BETWEEN WEST 11TH STREET AND WILLISTON AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
A portion of Bluff Street located between the southwesterly
line of the Iowa Northern Railroad and the southwesterly line
of Bluff Street, and between the southeasterly line of West
Eleventh Street and a line described as beginning at the
intersection of the northerly line of Williston Avenue and
the southwesterly line of Bluff Street, thence to the most
southerly corner of Lot 49 , Kenwood Park, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 7th day of December, 1987 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 9th day of December, 1987 .
