AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN
WEST 4TH AND WEST 5TH STREETS ADJACENT TO 316 WEST 5TH
STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The northeast twenty ( 20) feet of the southwest sixty (60 )
feet of Lots 8, 9 , and 10, in Block 17 , Original Plat of
Waterloo West, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 7th day of December, 1987 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 9th day of December, 1987.
