ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 231 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 230, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Thirty-one
( 231) .
all in Block
"231. Twenty-five (25)
Lots 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , and 7 , 16 , 17, 18, 19 , and 20 /of Hagerman
Place, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" , Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 8th day of
February, 1988, approved by the Mayor on the 10th day of February,
1988 .
