ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 232 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 231 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Thirty-two
"232 .
The East 1/2 of the NW 1/4 , the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 and
the south 200 feet of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section
21, Township 89N, Range 12W, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" ,
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2 ,P" ,
Planned Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 10th day of
February, 1988 , approved by the Mayor on the 10th day of February,
1988 .
