ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUBSECTION NO. 233 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 , of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 232 , of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Thirty-three ( 233 ) .
"233.
Lots Nos. 13 and 14 , Block 24 , in Hagerman Place Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" , One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" , Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 7th day of
March, 1988 , approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of March, 1988 .
