AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY ADDING
SUBSECTION ( 21a) BLACK HAWK ROAD AND FLETCHER AVENUE, TO
SECTION 540 , OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That Subsection ( 21a) Black Hawk Road and Fletcher Avenue is
hereby added to Section 540 , Obedience to Official Traffic-Control
Devices, of the 1988 Traffic Code, as follows :
( 21a) Black Hawk Road and Fletcher Avenue
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 7th day of March, 1988 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 9th day of March, 1988 .
