AN ORDINANCE VACATING WEST THIRD STREET GENERALLY
LOCATED BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND BLUFF STREET AND
THE EAST-WEST ALLEY FROM WEST THIRD STREET TO WEST PARK
AVENUE BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND BLUFF STREET, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
West Third Street from the southwest line of Bluff Street to
the northeast line of Washington Street and the alley between
West Third Street and West Park Avenue in Block 22 of
Original Waterloo West, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 4th day of April, 1988, and approved by the
Mayor on the 6th day of April, 1988 .
