AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND DUNDEE AVENUE FROM UNIVERSITY AVENUE
SOUTH 200 FEET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
North-south alley adjoining Lots 3 , 4, 5 , 6 , 7 , the north 10
feet of Lot 16 , and Lots 17, 18 , 19, and 20 , Block 25 ,
Hagerman Place, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the llth day of April, 1988, and approved by
the Mayor on the 13th day of April, 1988 .
