BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: That Subsection ( 5a) Alley running north-south from Dane Street to Argyle Street of Section 551 , Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby added as follows: ( 5a) Alley running north-south West side from Dane Street to from Dane Street to Argyle Argyle Street Street Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the llth day of April, 1988, and approved by the Mayor on the 13th day of April, 1988 .
