AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE PLATTED BUILDING LINE ALONG
THE WEST SIDE OF WEST 9TH STREET NORTH OF THE SAN MARNAN
DRIVE FRONTAGE ROAD IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
1. That the 20 foot platted building line along the east
side of Lot 13 , Brookeridge Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
Reduction of the 20 foot platted building line on the east
side of Lot 13 , Brookeridge Addition, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, to a 10 foot building
line,
shall be, and the same hereby reduced from 20 feet to 10 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of April, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 27th day of April, 1988.
