AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3542 AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN
ALLEY BETWEEN ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND DUNDEE AVENUE FROM
UNIVERSITY AVENUE SOUTH 170 FEET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 3542 is hereby repealed.
2. That
The North-South alley adjoining Lots 3 , 4 , 5, 6 , the North 10
feet of Lot 7 , the North 10 feet of Lot 16 , and adjoining
Lots 17 , 18 , 19 , and 20 , Block 25 , Hagerman Place, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
;Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of April, 1988 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 27th day of April, 1988.
